MOLDING OPERATOR IV - 3rd Shift

Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Molding Teams operate assigned automated molding machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.
This position will be working the third shift, Sunday through Friday from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Shift Differential: 10%

Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate assigned automated molding machinery
- Ensure component flow
- Troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity
- Perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule
- Perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures
Education / Experience:
- Must be able to use hand tools, empty reels, calibration instruments, MTA extrusion molds and parts, and hand jacks
- High energy, self-motivated, attention to detail and willingness to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry a maximum weight of 55.1 lbs.
- Must be able to push a peak force of 41.4 lbs.
- Must be able to pull a peak force of 55.6 lbs.
- Frequent standing and balancing throughout the day is required in this job
