Job Requirements

• Inspecting parts, components, and materials to ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory guidelines and analyzing the work to find a more cost-effective method.
• Monitoring performance, providing written evaluation, assistance, and training to all assigned employees, and preparing employees for additional responsibilities.
• Ensuring compliance with all the regulatory laws and other applicable obligations required by the organization, reviewing the safety measures, and creating the certificates of compliance.
• Providing technical assistance and feedback for quality standards and solutions for manufacturing quality problems; maintaining client's quality standards by inspecting in-process and incoming finished products.
