Responsible for greeting clients, job seekers and other visitors. Position will also be responsible for assisting in the collection and inputting of information as needed and other assigned projects as directed by Human Resources Management. The position will be responsible for answering incoming calls and routing to the appropriate recipient and receiving and distributing mail as directed. May also receive invoices from vendors and process them as appropriate, as well as make reservations for visitors to the corporation.

Reception and Customer Service:
- Greet visitors and customers in a cordial, charismatic and professional manner.
- Handle telephone calls and transfer them to the appropriate persons.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide basic information about the company and its services.
- Answering calls in telephone switchboard.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as email.
- Perform record keeping.
- Coordinate scheduling of meeting rooms and events.
- Place orders for office supplies and manage inventory.
- Receive vendor invoices and redirect or prepare the appropriate PR.
- Coordination of courier services.
- Assist Management when requested.
- Perform visa procedures for collaborators when required.
- Requesting parking access cards.
- Attending medical and physiotherapy office when required.
Support Human Resources Department:
- Assist in receiving candidates for recruitment processes.
- Assist in the preparation of human resources related documents.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure efficiency and effective communication throughout the company.
Cómo debería ser tu experiencia:
- Experience: minimum 3 to 4 years in similar positions in customer service, administrative tasks.
- Language: Spanish / English minimum B2.
- Must be familiar with common software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage administrative tasks and communications
- Minimum high school degree and knowledge of administrative functions.
