Responsible for managing human and material resources, driving continuous improvement in processes, increasing production standards, and reducing scrap. Promotes teamwork, manages training and employee motivation to achieve company objectives. Ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, 5S standards, and delivers safety and hygiene awareness talks. Ensures personnel comply with manufacturing-established methods to measure and control processes.

Cómo debería ser tu experiencia:

Engineering degrees* and/or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Manufacturing industry experience.
0–3 years of experience.

Ensure that personnel assigned to each task, activity, and equipment (machinery) work according to safety guidelines and established methods and procedures.
Organize production priorities based on actual vs. planned hours, and organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Identify efficiency issues, suggest actions, and implement them together with the corresponding team.
Control the quality and quantity of production.
Apply additional (extraordinary) production plans to satisfy customer needs while safeguarding the integrity of the work team.
Establish anti-routine exercise activities within the work area.
Lead Level I and II shop floor meetings.
Ensure correct payroll payment (TRESS).
Ensure TPM compliance across all areas.
Lead execution and analysis of weekly WIP inventories.
Lead control of production orders (FIFO, avoiding aged WIP orders, etc.).
Ensure daily scrap disposition.
Lead proper OEE tracking and corrective actions.
Lead daily distribution of production summaries versus targets.
