We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across the production floor. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating team activities, monitoring production performance, and driving operational excellence while fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

Requisitos del puesto

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Experience managing production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze production data and drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems (ERP/MES).
  • Flexibility to support different shifts and production schedules as required.
  • English proficiency preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Project management experience.
  • Continuous improvement certification (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production team members to maximize performance and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to achieve production targets.
  • Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate performance expectations and priorities.
  • Investigate production problems and implement root cause corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure proper training and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
