Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Stamping Teams operate assigned automated stamping machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

What your background should look like:

Operar de manera segura y buscando siempre la calidad de nuestros productos la maquinaria, troqueles y equipo dentro del área de estampado, manteniendo en buenas condiciones y con el mantenimiento autónomo adecuado los mismos, contribuyendo al logro de metas de los diferentes KPI´s del área.

Experiencia:

  • Mínima de 3 años en estampado
  • Troqueles de estampado metálico
  • Prensas de alta velocidad
  • Proceso de estampado progresivo
  • Uso de máquinas y herramientas

Educación:

TSU, carrera trunca o terminada de Ingeniería en Mecánica, electrónica, mecatrónica, Industrial o afín.

Actividades diarias:

  1. Operación básica de prensa
  2. Lectura e interpretación de planos
  3. Llenado de papelerías
  4. Liberación de piezas
  5. Mantenimiento autónomo
  6. Cuadrado del HYDRA
  7. Etiquetar y empacar material
  8. Hacer cambios de material
  9. Llenado de hora por hora
  10. 5´s
  11. Reporteo de scrap
