Daily Activities
- Develop and maintain the various electrical test programs used within the department.
- Determine the required components (pins, connectors, cables, etc.) for the fabrication and maintenance of electrical test systems.
- Interpret engineering drawings to create electrical test programs.
- Release electrical test systems in collaboration with the Quality and Manufacturing departments.
- Build electrical test boards and routing fixtures.
Periodic Activities
- Implement engineering changes on existing electrical test systems.
- Participate in review meetings for new wire harnesses requiring electrical testing.
- Strictly comply with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Occasional Activities
- Contribute technical expertise to help resolve actions generated to prevent workplace accidents.
- Participate in Kaizen (TEOA) continuous improvement events.
- Be available for shift changes according to business needs.
- Participate in meetings as required (Quality Meetings, PIM 2 meetings, etc.).
Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
Education
- Technical College Degree or Associate's Degree in a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience
- Experience in mechanical and electronic industrial environments.
Specific Knowledge
- SAP.
- Basic Microsoft Excel.
- Engineering drawing interpretation.
- Knowledge of IPC specifications and standards.
- Dynalab programming.
- Cirris programming.
- Development of Hi-Pot electrical tests.
- Knowledge of electronic components.
