Role Summary
• Arranging shipment & check the best shipping schedule for stable supply
• Managing customer PO (SO) like rescheduling, cancelation & block release
• Allocate stock properly based on customer urgency, usage & production plan
• Demand analysis by checking short, mid, long-term forecast
Job Summary
-Customer demand and overall trends are monitored, and customer's hot issues items are monitored and negotiated with relevant team leaders & team members and related departments to satisfy the delivery deadlines of customers. VOCs and other customers and will manage all the requirements received from the customer and manage the production activities, logistics movements and customer complaints to Orders.
Helps to optimize production without non-active and excess through various customer information
-I will focus on the optimization of sales & logistics management and supplementary work, from forecasting - booking - production - delivery - order - shipping - billing of each assigned customer's sales order.
When problems occur at each stage, key players will share their information with each other and cooperate to derive best results
-Sales Data Management
Daily / weekly / monthly sales data to keep track of customer's movements to optimize TE production and delivery
In order to support decision making of Sales & Materials manager, we continuously analyze and report Back Data
-Hottest Item allocation & Oldest Items Control
By appropriately allocating the appropriate quantity through rationalization of supply to a large number of customers through the rapid increase of the demand due to the frequent fluctuation of the sequence and reflecting the past history and actual demand of each company, it is possible to reduce the claims.
