Your responsibilities

• Oversee machinery utilization and maintenance, optimizing production commitments
• Collaborate across departments to manage budgets and resource allocation efficiently
• Lead teams through data-driven strategies, cultivating a culture of ownership and excellence
• Drive quality policies to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction
• Empower Department Managers, ensure cross-functional coordination, and set performance standards
• Recruit, train, and develop associates, upholding safety and norms
• Promote transparent communication for quality, safety, and personal growth

• Proven accomplishments utilizing Operational Excellence and Lean tools/methodologies such as Six Sigma are advantageous and contribute to your profile
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both French and English, possessing strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages. German will be a plus
