Job Overview

TE’s internship program is designed to provide interns with real world experience to enhance classroom knowledge. Uniquely crafted assignments and meaningful projects provide interns with a challenging 10 – 12 week experience. Interns will gain exposure to senior leadership and be given professional development opportunities. At the end of the summer, interns will be provided the opportunity to pursue full-time placement within TE Connectivity.  


Pressure Sensors Internship in Fremont, California

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering and will focus on supporting the setup of new processes and equipment, as well as support product engineering projects.  Rising Seniors, Juniors and Sophomores are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of engineering fundamentals and design tools.
  • Capability of creative, analytical and structured thinking with the ability to execute.
  • Effective problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral & written).
  • Strong computer skills - Exposure to 3D Modeling using SolidWorks or Pro/E a plus
