Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

What your background should look like:

Responsibilities 
SAP IBP Process Specialist 
•    Provide at least 5 years of experience in SAP IBP Supply
•    Knowledge of SAP IBP Response is an advantage
•    Experience working with multi-functional environments, such as:
o    Master Data
o    Central Supply Planning 
o    Factory Planners & Engineers 
o    DC Planners
o    Upstream teams
o    Procurement 
o    Demand Planners

•    Have gone through the implementation of diverse supply chain capabilities End to End from Define to Design to UAT to Implement to Go Live to Hypercare 
•    Knowledge of Project methodology and Roadmap based
•    Support the management & skills of User & Key user community
o    Ensuring adoption of Process & Tool
o    Skills Network & Versatility Matrix
•    Challenge existing Process by providing Improvement ideas
•    Ready to implement new planning capabilities from idea to value demonstration & implementation
•    Knowledge of Factory MD relevant for SAP IBP Tool
•    Animate the MD accuracy in sites in scope by working with Planners & Engineers
•    Propose Process & Tool improvement actions (Incl MD & Governance) 
•    Be the SPOC between the Plants, Functions & management team to escalate opportunities

o    SOP / SOE Maturity
What your background should look like:

-    Demonstrated experience 5 years in Supply Chain Planning roles implementing SAP IBP Supply Projects
-    Deliver full E2E Projects or individual capabilities matching Process & Tool
-    Profile to work in multi-functional teams
-    Comfortable to work in Cross National company with different time-zones, regions & cultures
-    High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-    Analytics tools like Tableau Access, Power BI is a plus 
-    Strong Analytical & continuous improvements Skills (problem solver) as well as good understanding of process & capabilities value
-    Knowledge of SAP (ECC, S4/Hana) / IBP (Supply / Response) is a must
-    Other Planning Tools like Kinaxis, JDA … is valuable
-    Highly customer centric oriented
-    Excellent oral and written communication skills, 
-    Ability to prioritize and maintain appropriate balance in a fast-paced, heavy-workload environment
-    Language skills: Excellent English (verbal / written) required & Chinese
-    Ability to influence and convince
