Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform optical measurements such as insertion loss and back reflection
  • Develop test set automation software using Lab Windows for C
  • Provide analysis of measurement data and work with suppliers to understand device performance

 

Qualifications

  • The candidate should have a Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Optics, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Knowledge of optical measurement techniques
  • Experience with optical test equipment such as power meters and spectrum analyzers
  • Programming experience with Lab Windows for C or Lab View
