As a member of our team at TE Subcom, you will be managing proposals and contract documentation in support of the Bid Management team. This will include coordination and distribution of documents, coordinating, organizing and scheduling team meetings, and being the point of contact for the team for correspondence related to documentation requirements and formatting concerns

What you will be doing:

 

As a Proposal Administrator a typical day may include:

 

  • Successfully scheduling and organizing team meetings to include Kick-off of RFP/Contract process, Red Team Review meetings, Q&A response meetings, Status meetings, etc.
  • Coordinate with Bid Managers about RFP/Contract requirements to ensure proposal documents align with purchaser expectations
  • Providing on-time delivery of the proposal document per the instructions of the Customer or Account Manager
  • Structuring offers in Adobe, and working with team members to assemble RFP responses that meet contractual requirements in a logical fashion
  • Supports the development, production and look of customer presentations
  • Working closely with outside vendors (as needed) to ensure the accuracy and timely production of materials to be given to the customer
  • Managing proposal schedules and sites using SharePoint 2010/2013

What your background should look like:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with demonstrated relevant experience
  • Ability to review and edit an RFP response (Adobe writer experience)
  • Presentation development experience preferred
  • Ability to work within a diverse team and interact with Executives, Account Managers and Subject Matter Experts
