Advanced Manufacturing Development Engineer

Main Tasks
- Designs and supervises all aspects of manufacturing process in new product development projects through simultaneous engineering teams.
- Drives innovation activities to implement new manufacturing technologies
- Apply Six sigma for data driven decision to arrive at cost effective and quality solutions prior to transferring to operation.
- Suggest and drive design change or other improvement to reduce costs and enhance manufacturing efficiency
- Communicate effectively with all the department
- Determine cost prices
Required Skills
- Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering Degree
- Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor, commitment, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proactive and both comfortable with factory floor and multidisciplinary, international environment.
- Minimum 5 years in similar role
- Fluent french
- Upper intermediate or advanced english
- GB in Six Sigma Process
- Competencies on our core manufacturing process such as metal working and machining, molding and assembly
- FMEA, Design for manufacturability, cost estimating
- Lean and project management would be a plus
