岗位职责与任职要求
Job Description:
Design and develop process-related fixtures (3D/2D drawing, standard parts selection, assembly, debugging)
Participate in new project-related process development and provide mechanical design support. Cooperate with process engineers to complete process development and related fixture verification.
Lead the design of raw cable/cable assembly processing fixtures and confirm the design scheme provided by suppliers.
Track and provide technical support to ensure smooth delivery of fixture suppliers. Confirm the fixture usage effect with process engineers.
Assist PDE with HFSS SI simulation modeling.
Assist with new equipment introduction and improvement
Bulk Cable /Cable Assembly Tool/Fixture Development for NPI
Evaluate new tool, fixture demand/cost for new projects.
Design and review the tool, fixture with core team members meeting TE engineering requirement.
Upload all tooling prints to TE data management system (DM.TEC, PDMLink, etc.)
Discuss and review details of tool/fixture with outside supplier.
Follow up the purchasing process to fabricate new tool/fixture.
Solve the problem and Trouble Shotting
Identify and solve product issue caused by fixture problems in production. Ensure smooth production.
Standardized Platform for Tool/Fixture
Lead the establishment of a standardized platform for fixtures, improve the change over time, reduce the tool/fixture cost
Technical supporting
Technical support for other departments to do some important work, such as support PDE with HFSS SI simulation modeling, support BC ME with mass production tooling improvement
Job Requirements:
1. More than three years of fixture development and design experience in mechanical design and manufacturing or related majors, or more than five years of fixture development and design experience for college diploma holders.
2. Excellent CREO/SolidWorks/UG/AutoCAD
3. Excellent pneumatic, electric servo, mechanical transmission, mechanical processing principles and component selection.
4. Good mechanics simulation.
5. Good reading and writing English.
6. Able to independently manage tasks and time, ensuring the smooth progress of projects
