Position Summary

Conduct new equipment introduction and set the equipment Maintenance plan and machine operation instruction, support Process ME ( Cable and Cable Assembly) team for the new product pilot run with the objective of meeting production requirements and ensure the machine stability on production within Engineering policies, procedures and systems.

"Equiptment Development Project

Design and define clearly schematics\ pneumatic\ panel layouts for automation base on automation assembly process.  Work with vendors to develop, set up/debug automation machine; Timely feedback and solve the problem to ensure the progress of the project."     

"Programming & Digitalization”

Provide automatic control equipment programming according to the production needs, Familiar with C++ and ladder logic programming of automation direct PLC.

Provide digital solution to implement site digital factory projects to improve process capability, summarizing component cost, labor, and leadtime. Develops accurate, up-to-date BOM’s and Spare Tooling Lists, and building machine standardization."          

"Trouble Shooting

develop and manage electrical projects programming upgrade, Problem identification and trouble-shooting a wide range of complex electrical problems for automation line.

Responsible for effective communication across the company"       

"Technical Guidance

Line maintenance/change over together with/guiding the technicians to make sure automation machines run smoothly. Provide training, guidance and support to production and specialized personnel. "     

岗位职责与任职要求

Job requirements

1. More than 8 years’ experience in large manufacturing plant or professional equipment company, with minimum 3 years working experience in automatic design, better Bacheloer's degree or above, majored in Automation or Electrical Engineering, Knowledge of Machine and able to Build techniques / standardization.
2. Proficient in PLC (Keyence/ Omron/ Mitsubishi etc , HMI and Robot, Familiar with Vision system,Pneumatics, sensors, motors and other motion control devices
3. Experience specifing, programming, & trouble shooting Servo Controls and electrical troubleshooting
4. Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
5. Proficiency in English, both oral and written                     
6. Problem solver, driven for result, willing to try best to find the best solution; fast-learner open to changes and able to keep up with the new techniques within the industry.
7. Pro-active & Positive, Scheduling and budgeting, Ability to work with many worldwide cultures in a positive manner.             
8. Good communication skills and teamwork.
