SR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER (Tooling/fixture)

工作概况

TE Connectivity 的制造工程团队是冲压、模制或组装相关主题的工艺领导者，确保工艺以最佳的质量和 输出水平运行。他们是模具加工、机械加工和组装技术领域的专家，拥有广泛的相关制造工艺知识，其中可能包括制造环境内的冲压/成型/组装或其他工艺的优化和标准化。制造工程团队支持 TE 事业部的工厂达到 TE 运营优势 (TEOA) 的要求，推广卓越中心 (COE)、最佳演示做法 (BDP)，并就工具和机械的复制/更正/改进提供 建议。他们设计和开发制造工艺及自动化平台，并将其应用于实现新产品开发以及优化已投产的现有产品。这些团队还支持产品开发人员选择和优化零件生产工具，以及针对计划的制造数量、质量要求和制造地点选择最合适的制造概念。他们充当工程与生产之间的界面，确保新设计的可制造性和生产的稳步推进，以及支持研发团队生产制造设备样机、产品样品和原型。

岗位职责与任职要求

提出并实施对现有成型工艺的改进，开发包覆成型工具，解决生产中的成型问题，并开发新的成型工艺，以满足 TE 和客户在工程政策、程序和流程中的质量和工艺要求。 
政策和程序 
建立成型程序并提供反馈和建议，以便与TE程序和行业标准和规定保持一致。

 “新产品模具设计与开发 
让新产品模具设计和开发参与进来，并验证新模具，以有效地支持生产和新业务开发。 
“成型机维护 
建立模具维护计划和支持，以维护和改进成型机，以有效地支持生产和新业务发展。 
“新设备、新技术引进 
与相关部门合作，进行新的成型设备和新技术的引进，以有效地支持生产和新业务的发展。
 “节省成本和提高技术 
了解模具成本，通过结构改进降低模具成本，并改进现有模具以最大限度地提高效率和节省材料。
 “技术培训 
对技术人员执行成型培训计划，以有效地支持生产和新业务开发。 

要求： 
•    本科学历，大分子材料或模具设计专业 3 年以上成型工艺工作经验和 5 年以上注塑模具设计工作经验 
•    良好的沟通技巧、诚信、责任感和热情。能承受压力工作。阅读、书写和流利的英语口语

SR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - Molding
Propose and implement improvement to existing molding process , develop overmold tooling ,Resolve the molding issue on the production and develop new molding process  with the objective of meeting TE and customers' quality and process requirements within the Engineering policies, procedures and processes.

Establish molding procedures & provide feedback and advice in order to align with TE procedures and industry standard and regulation."

Coach technician and operator in order to ensure that their performance meet the department's targets."    
"Molding process Improvement
Resolve the molding issue on the production and as the leader to improve the quality level and efficiency in order to effectively support production and new business development."    
"Molding parameters define
Evaluate the capability of the molding machine and define molding parameters and draft MI for molding process in order to effectively direct molding process for products."    
"New product mold design and development
Involve the new product mold design and development, and validate the new mold in order to effectively support production and new business development."    
"Molding machine maintenance
Establish the mold maintenance plan & support to maintain and improve the molding machine in order to effectively support production and new business development."    
"New equipment and new technology introduction
Working with relevant department for new molding equipment and new technology introduction in order to effectively support production and new business development."    
"Cost saving and technology improvement
Understand mold cost, reduce mold costs by structural improvements, and improve existing molds to maximize achieve efficiency and material savings."    
"Technical Training
Execute molding training program to technician in order to effectively support production and new business development."    

REQUIREMENTS:
•    Bachelor’s degree with macromolecule material or mould design major
•    3 years molding process working experience and more than 5 years inject mold design working experience        
•    Good communication skill, integrity, accountability and passion. Can work under the pressure.
•    Read, written and fluent oral English
