岗位职责与任职要求
This is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates, featuring a structured 1–3-year rotational development program. The successful candidate will gain cross-functional experience by rotating through different departments, providing broad exposure and accelerated professional growth. Upon successful completion of the rotational program, graduates will transition into permanent roles with the following key responsibilities:
Manufacturing Process Development
(i) Define, review and confirm the entire manufacturing process from start to finish.
(ii) Coprdinate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review, and initiate Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis(PFMEA) with core team members.
(iii) Prepare documentations and process specifications for production.
(iv) Lead team in identification, tracking and resolution of engineering issues using the Failure Analysis and Corrective Action (FACA) form.
(v) Continuous manufacturing process improvement with TEOA tools for cost reduction."
Assembly Tool, Fixture and Equipment Development
(i) Evaluate new tool, fixture and equipment demand/cost for new projects.
(ii) Design and review the tool, fixture and equipment with core team members meeting TE engineering and EHS requirement.
(iii) Upload all tooling prints to TE data management system (DM.TEC, PDMLink, etc.)
(iv) Discuss and review details of tool/fixture/equipment with outside supplier.
(v) Follow up the purchasing process to fabricate new tool/fixture/equipment."
"Qualification for Manufacturing process, Tool, Fixture, and Equipment
(i) Condition all tool, fixture and equipment, lead the tool/fixture/equipment qualification by running samples or LVM,
(ii) Follow up the documentations for qualification, using TE standard format and follow up the approval.
(iii) Coordinate pilot run for new products and solve engineering issues, make sure the manufacturing process capability meets engineering, quality and customer requirement."
Technician Guidance
Coach, train and develop operator and technician in order to ensure their technique could be succeed and get continuous upgraded.
Requirements:
1. Mechatronics, machine manufacturing and automation related major;
2. Familiar with CAD software; basic quality management sense, SPC, etc.
3.Good English skill both for oral and written, CET 4 preferred
