Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Corporate Global Talent Acquisition is seeking a University Relations Intern who will work closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Manager/Program Sponsors, and Human Resources Business Partners to execute our University Relations strategy at colleges and universities across the U.S. The position will be located in Berwyn, PA. The team is open to both Part Time (minimum of 20 hours a week) or Full Time candidates. 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Providing end to end campus recruitment support for all university relations hires, including interview scheduling, offer letter creation, and onboarding process.
  • Coordinating the logistics of campus events in conjunction with NC3 (job postings, managing the overall schedule with close attention to trigger dates; planning and coordinating resources for events to include career fairs, networking events, company information sessions, campus interview dates)
  • Supporting the execution of TE Connectivity’s University Relations strategy including on-going cultivation and relationship building with Universities and Students
  • Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.
  • Supporting the planning of the Summer Intern Program (Orientation Program, Event Planning, Performance Reviews and Feedback)  
  • Using the Applicant Tracking System to support the entire candidate process and to ensure optimal employment practices and compliance with government regulations               

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in human resources or related field
  • Experience managing activities and events, demonstrating organizational and planning skills.
  • Familiarity with university or post-secondary campus environment
  • Proven skills in applicant tracking systems, preferably SAP Success Factors
  • History of success networking and identifying key campus relationships to proactively engage top talent
  • Ability to remain organized in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to details
  • Strong Communication skills
