Responsibilities & Qualifications

Here's a sample of how you'll be a key contributor to the team:

  • Review internal and external customer feedback for necessary action based on standard processes
  • Analyze and report on VOC (voice of customer) trends based on feedback received over time
  • Identify opportunities to improve process for listening, tracking and actioning internal and external customer feedback
  • Develop training materials and guidelines providing a summary overview and instructions for any new analyst assigned to VOC review and management
  • Identify and research global vertical search engines, electronic design applications and marketplaces to help determine eco-system partnership exploration
  • Provide existing digital partners with updates on product data and new products
  • Explore new online tools that can enhance pathways to purchase in the digital eco-system
  • Contribute to the online experience and partnership story through metric reports, insights and actionable opportunities and enhancements

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration
  • Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to learn, take feedback and improve
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Junior or senior in university studying marketing, digital experience or similar field (no digital coding needed/required)
  • Enrolled in university at the time of internship
