The Aerospace, Defense and Marine (Aerospace, Defense and Marine or AD&M) business unit of TE is part of the Industrial Solutions segment (Industrial Solutions) and is a world leader in the design of components and electrical interconnection solutions that are used for applications in extreme and rigorous environments. Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Marine, Oil & Gas business has created the role of Senior Manager of Projects to build out and manage the project planning process internally and externally.

In this role, you will design, manage, and execute the project planning and delivery strategy, train and develop a team of project managers, and ensure best-in-class delivery to our customers in the Naval Defense and Subsea Oil and Gas industries.


What you will be doing...

  • Manage and execute upfront project planning for our electronical movement and fiber optics products
  • Interface with defense and O&G customers daily
  • Ensure technical requirements are in line with TE capabilities and readiness
  • Develop and train your team of project managers to delivery best-in-class service and execution on all customer projects
  • Manage projects ranging from 5-month to 20-year delivery ranges
  • Partner with operations on delivery


What your background should look like...

  • Defense or Oil & Gas industry experience
  • Experience managing a team of Project Managers, and executing Project Management plans
  • P&L management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s is preferred
  • Min. 8 years’ experience
  • Global role experience
