Channel Sales Enablement Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth and sales effectiveness.
  • Support the development and execution of Distribution Partner, Field and Inside sales teams’ customer activation programs.
  • Align Marketing and Sales Enablement initiative across TE Business Units (BUs) with Distribution Partners. (Co-Op Budget Investments)  
  • Customer Segmentation and Clustering Engine data validation and continuous improvement (Customer Churn Processes -> Growth Clusters)
  • Support the collection and analysis of “Voice of Customer” insights and analysis needed to ensure program meet customer needs.
  • Manage data and analytical resource(s) needed to measure impact of initiatives.
  • Manage Channel Marketing Co-op investment and governance processes across BUs and Distributors
  • Manage Sales and Marketing Proof-of-Content initiatives from inception to scaling.
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement and Marketing teams to deploy initiatives
  • Develop project management plans to align cross-functional resources, track and communicate progress.
  • Leverage sales and marketing tools and processes such as SalesForce.com and Tableau.
  • Develop clear and concise PowerPoint presentations to communicate program strategies and results to senior leadership.
  • Strong in-person communication skills to provide engaging and motivating communications to global audiences.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Sales/Marketing or related curriculum
  • 10+ years sales, marketing and/or sales enabling responsibilities.
  • Highly skilled in organization and communication
  • Advanced analytics and Excel skills required to develop reporting.
  • Experience in the electronics industry (Preferred)
  • Digital Marketing experience (Preferred)
  • Experience with Distribution Channel (Preferred)
