Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.

 

Center of Excellence – Analytics and Agile apps
The objective of this organization is to take processes to the next level. There are two primary functions of this organization. Firstly, applying advanced analytics and second one agile applications.

Advanced Analytics by leverage statistical tools/techniques using R, Minitab, SPSS, MatLab and cloud technologies like Azure ML & BIGML.

Building smart solutions to meet business challenges using different technologies SharePoint, SAP Business objects, SQL Server (SSIS, Database, SSAS, SSRS), MS Access, Toad Data Point and web technologies like AWS, Azure, Salesforce, SurveyGizmo, SAP IBP/Kinexis.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize and maintain methodology tools for ongoing analysis.
  • Analyze supply chain performance and diagnose key improvement areas
  • Update key information data in core IT applications to Maintain (forecast accuracy, Liability, supply variability, service level).
  • Define & lead improvement opportunities for current processes and systems and deriving road map for Supply Chain system.
  • Accountable for implementation and go live for Kinaxis/SAP IBP solutions for Demand Management and Allocation. Further ensuring integration with Supply/Network planning.
  • Implement Advanced Analytics for improving forecast accuracy.
  • Integration & Configuration of Supply Chain Management System Kinaxis/SAP IBP/JDA.
  • Excellent interactive skills with the ability to successfully serve all levels of project planning organization.
  • Self-motivated, highly adaptable, flexible, independent thinker and willing to adapt new ideas, processes, and procedures.
  • Good understanding of business side of Design/Setup of system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years professional experience with a Supply Chain System.
  • Good knowledge about Database, proficient with SQL.
  • Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to build effective partnerships with business owners and technical partners.
  • Self-driven and ability to be both strategic and execution oriented. Strong ability to negotiate/propose effective and practical business solutions.
