Job Overview

Supply Chain Analyst is integral part of the overall Supply Chain Organization and is responsible for the end-to-end flow of TE products from TE Suppliers to TE Customers. The function drives the achievement of relevant Supply Chain KPIs and plans the efficient and effective flow of the products via purchase order management, sales order management, managing delivery performance, inventory levels, and driving lead time performance. Main activities are handled via SAP MRP System and Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Order management - orders creation to the source, manage supplier on-time performance, cooperation with carriers to expedite delays, work with customer care to provide the customer focus solutions
  • Management of appropriate inventory level to achieve inventory turn targets
  • Cooperation with Distribution Centers in pending supplies and shipments with focus on timely deliveries
  • Cooperation with other company departments like Purchasing, Logistic, Sales, Product Management, Demand Management to provide the best performance results
  • Monitoring & reporting on supply chain KPI’s, drive actions to close any gaps

What your background should look like:

  • 2 years of experience within the area of Supply Chain Planning, Material Planning, Procurement or equivalent;
  • Higher education (preffered Logistics, Supply Chain,
  • Advanced Polish and English both written and spoken
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work in an orderly and organized manner
  • Knowledge in key Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Outlook, Power Point
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge and experience in ERP system (SAP preffered) will be a plus
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset
