Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Financial Planning & Analysis Teams develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. They perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. They gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. The Financial Planning & Analysis Teams also perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting the financial closing month end process.
  • Assist in creating the budget, forecasts, and associated analyses and presentations.
  • Cost control reports.
  • Business partnership for manufacturing and support areas of the business
  • Product costing and SAP set-ups. Cost estimations for new products and processes and necessary cost revisions for existing products and processes.
  • Cooperate and support other team members/teams within regular tasks and assigned projects.

What your background should look like:

  • A University Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position - in a controlling or finance department including month end closing and reporting, preferably in production company.
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English and strong excel skills (using advanced functionalities)
  • Working understanding of financial integrated systems (preferably SAP)
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationship
  • Willingness for self-development and ambition to reach the next career steps within the organization
