Then this unique position as Program Manager for High Voltage Connectors in our Automotive division might be the perfect fit for you! As a Program Manager, you will lead a team of developers and collaborate with customers to design and optimize connectors that ensure the power supply of tomorrow's electric vehicles. You will work on solutions for a leading European OEM to meet future requirements for current-carrying capacity, mechanical robustness, and automatability, driving forward electromobility. We are looking for open-minded, flexible, and communicative team members. You will work in a highly dynamic and interconnected project environment and apply agile development methods.

Your main tasks:

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of a product development group and technical project management for HV connectors within Customer Engineering.
  • Technical leadership of development projects and planning and allocation of resources, schedules, and priorities within the team.
  • Defining product requirements in collaboration with the customer and actively supporting the customer in developing solutions.
  • Pursuing creative approaches in product and process design to optimize costs, quality, and development time.
  • Communication and collaboration with other TE functional areas, including across locations.
  • Expanding knowledge and fostering employee development within the development group.
  • Implementation of company goals within the development group.
  • Using creative methods for designing new, innovative technical solutions and participating in research projects.
  • Support for series-related quality and cost optimization measures.
  • Planning and initiating verification scopes and evaluating results for concept and design validation.


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in areas such as injection molding, stamping, bending, material technology, connection technology, manufacturing technology, and automated assembly.
  • Competence and experience in technical discussions with customers.
  • Confident and representative demeanor, both with internal and external interfaces.
  • High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and ability to work in a dynamic project environment and under time pressure.
  • Good project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient user of MS Office tools.
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills for working in an international environment, including very good German and English language skills.
