Job Overview

TE Connectivity (TE) is seeking a Regional Sales Enabling Manager to join the Channel Business Unit to partner with our local sales teams, Business Units and Sales Operations team to drive the development and utilization of best-in-class sales enablement tools, collateral and communication.  The role provides substantive direction to our local channel sales teams and has shared accountability for sales and customer growth.  The role has high exposure and visibility among all TE businesses and offers broad opportunities for professional growth and development. Reports to the Global Sales Enablement leader.

Responsibilities & Qualifications


  • Coordinate with Channel Sales and Sales Enablement teams to align select distributor partners with BU-specific strategic priorities with targeted sales enabling tools, training and collateral to support revenue growth
  • Develop and drive execution of data driven learning plans for key distribution partners designed to drive mindshare and grow sales.
  • Lead planning for the annual Regional Summits including developing agendas, aligning with all participants on objectives and content, and working closely with event coordinators to execute successful events.
  • Develop and execute a strategy for sales enablement content translations into regional languages including Web, Print and Video content
  • Develop and execute programs that Promote the utilization of Sales Enablement tools and capabilities. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive alignment and execution of BU Go-To-Market plans to the field sales teams through planning, communication (Channel Sales Playbook), and measurement of results.
  • Visit distributor branches to conduct trainings and gather insights.
  • Responsible for Sales Enablement Reporting, Capturing Insights, and Developing Action Plans that are regularly communicated to leadership.
  • Align and coordinate Distributor Trainings events with Channel Sales teams.  
  • Align and work with the Key Distributor Account Managers (KAMs), Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and local sales/branch teams (DMM and BU SEs) to deploy and execute distributor sales enabling plans at the branch level
  • Engage BU marketing and sales leaders to align BU priorities with field sales team action plans.
  • Communicate the value of Sales Enablement capabilities through regular communications on progress against goals, capabilities roadmaps and action plans, while playing an active role in business planning and reviews
  • Activity seek, capture and report out on Distributor and Sales Team VOC (Advocates). Leading the management and analysis of the Branch Engagement tracker.
  • Relate, challenge, and assess underlying needs & issues
  • Lead the development of effective approaches to drive mind share at the distributor branches. Including new Sales Rep onboarding, Recognition Programs, and in Branch Trainings.
  • Manage success metrics and deliver improvement actions as required




  • 5+ years progressive sales and/ or marketing experience with demonstrated results
  • Experience in the in the electronics industry (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/ Sales/ Marketing or a comparable degree
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Results orientated
  • Proven track record in a comparable role - preferrably in the distribution sector
