Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.

What your background should look like:

Work with site LIT and BU TEOA leader  to develop annual TEOA strategy/focus areas /  goals and action plans for the expected TEOA Star Level, regularly conduct project review in order to drive and direct efforts to meet or exceed the goals.
    Strongly drive and oversee the progress of TEOA tools implementation by providing TEOA expertise through workshop and regularly reviewing the TEOA relevant project progress and metrics. Timely identify and address the gaps in terms of compliance of SL criteria , timeline, and cost.    
    Establish and maintain the site-specific TEOA training/ Kaizen metrics and plan which include various levels.  Coordinate and ensure delivery of required/appropriate TEOA training for site employees to change their awareness and behavior of Lean production Lead TEOA / lean know-how transfer projects, to implement, optimize and solve specific problems in operation
    Timely, accurately and completely collect data and prepare various reports as requested, organize and/or coordinate the various types of audit in order to identify and address gaps.
    Be responsible for the daily TEOA function team management,  department strategy definition, daily execution, talent, Cost management etc.

Education

Experience
工作经验        minimum of 8 years experience of Lean Production, have solid knowledge and pratice of Lean Production system introduction and Project management 
Technical Skill & Competencies

    Have demonstrated the ability on Lean training.
