Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Quality Assurance Teams are responsible for all or part of an organization's Quality Management System, including conformance and continuous improvement initiatives. They work on systemic evaluation of products, services, facilities, manufacturing or business processes, to ensure that standards of quality are being met. Develop and implement quality plans, programs and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. They reviews, analyze and report on quality discrepancies, investigate problems and executes quality audits, and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. The team works closely with manufacturing, engineering, customers, or suppliers and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met.


For our production site located in Vernouillet (28) we are currently looking for a Qualilty Analyst (m/f).

The quality department is under the responsibility of the Quality Manager - You will be responsible of new aerospace projects.


Responsibilities & Qualifications


  • Insures compliance with customer specifications and requirements during project and program phase of Aerospace products.
  • Makes sure these requirements are implemented in the manufacturing site and at the supplier’s
  • Acts as gatekeeper during project phase
  • Insures quality tools are in place for these phases
  • Makes sure the different phases of the project are handle in accordance with TE procedures
  • Responsible for Quality reporting to quality manager of the plant and the different project managers.
  • Contributes to the 8D process for these customers and makes sure analysis are done on time and corrective actions are in place
  • Realizes audits in the plant and at suppliers
  • Drives continuous improvement through the organization to avoid re-occurrence of some problems and to improve existing procedures


Qualification and other requirements

  • Fluent in English & French
  • Engineering degree with mechanical or electronic specialties
  • 3 years experience as project/program engineer for aerospace application or automotive or as quality engineer.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 and EN9100 standards or ISO/TS 16949
  • knowledge of the standard quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC …)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to moderate and to facilitate

Business travel is expected between Vernouillet (28) and Les Clayes Sous-Bois (78) and occasionally to visit customers.
