ACCOUNT MANAGER III

Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.
What your background should look like:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages assigned client accounts and develops policies and processes to ensure favorable relationships with strategic accounts, and builds favorable relationships with key clients, ensuring that clients are consistently satisfied with the organization's product and services
Resolves or escalates issues, evaluating the client's needs and proposes potential solutions; develops policies for addressing client issues or concerns.
Serves as a single point of contact for the client and coordinates work of client service teams, establishing review schedules for client check-ins.
Identifies and provides guidelines for cross-selling or upselling opportunities and establishes individual revenue targets.
Gathers information from clients and partners as needed and crafts targeted strategies designed to meet specific client needs, making recommendations based on internal and external factors.
Serves as a liaison between clients and other departmental personnel to provide support and coordination.
May ensure that all duties are completed within service level agreements.
May provide product training or basic technical support.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronical Engineering or related
Bilingual (Spanish & English)
At least 3 years of experience in sales in Electrical Industry 
American VISA
Microsoft Office Word, Power Point & Excel
Travel Required: 50%
