Job Overview
Responsibilities:
⦁ Coordinates projects for the implementation of improvement ideas.
⦁ Acts as the interface between the regional Continuous Improvement group and the site in terms of process standardization.
⦁ Provides support, coaching, and training in the implementation of LEAN processes.
⦁ Prepares, executes, and reviews the progress of the Continuous Improvement Plan set in the budget and carries out programs and initiatives.
⦁ Facilitates continuous improvement and employee involvement.
⦁ Ensures that the savings agreed upon in the annual operational plan are tracked, validated, and communicated along with the results of the site.
⦁ Updates site and corporate management through reports or other tools.
⦁ Reports Continuous Improvement performance indicators on a monthly basis.
⦁ Prepares, executes, and reviews the budget of the Continuous Improvement department.
⦁ Coordinates the implementation of Continuous Improvement tools on the site.
⦁ Coordinates the digitalization of the site by moderating activities to implement tools.
⦁ Prepares and presents documents for Kaizen regional and global competitions.
⦁ Reports the status of project completion.
⦁ Participates in and proposes improvements for the layout of new projects.
Requirements:
⦁ Engineering degree (process, production or similar)
⦁ 3+ years experience in production
⦁ LEAN, Value Stream Mapping
⦁ 5S, Standard Work
⦁ Technical knowledge: 5Why, 8D, Ishikawa, SAP, PDCA, PFMEA
⦁ Software knowledge: Minitab (or any statistics software), Microsoft Office
⦁ Communication abilities
⦁ Team spirit
⦁ English skills in written and spoken
