TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

Your main tasks

  • Manage the customer orders flow in the system
  • Develop inventory analyses for optimization
  • Divide and plan the production load between sites, work centers, production lines
  • Continuously monitor the impact on the main KPIs (inventory, ship-to-request, lates)
  • Estimating trends/needs of markets and businesses in the short and medium term
  • Identifying risks of flow disruptions and identifying preventive or remedial solutions
  • Define and manage production flows
  • Closely collaborate with other functions (production, Process, quality ..) to ensure that assigned tasks are accomplished
  • Integrating customer needs, sales forecasts with means of production, stocks, means of distribution
  • Organizing and regulating the routing and movement of inbound and outbound production flows
  • Manage deliveries to customers and transit tracking in collaboration with logistics team and forwarders
  • System Master data maintenance

Your ideal background

  • Bac+5 in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in automotive industry 
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Project leadership experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge in key Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI
  • Fluent English
