Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Job Description:

  1. Lead project for linking the OEM demand to ICT part number demand model, to improve demand forecast accuracy.
  • Build up forecast model for ICT China,
  • Maintain the data model on a regular basis,
  • Drive back to direct customer forecast accuracy.
  1. Prepare materials for global S&OP China input, cross customer, sales, operation, CSC and demand team.                     
  2. Analyze and monitor NPI at salesforce.com, start of OEM production projects to report accurate demand forecast.
  3. Support sales team to collect OEM views, analyze market data, trends, and opportunities.
  4. Support PM team to work with manufactory team for product internal use forecast and new products SOP related follow-ups.

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain or similar discipline
  2. 2 years’ experience in similar capacity
  3. Computer skills: SAP, Excel Skill, PPT
  4. Language: Mandarin, English
  5. Attention to details and good initiative. Able to sustain high pressure.
  6. Strong communication skill and good team player
