Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Compensation & Benefits Teams develop, implement, and evaluate the company's employee compensation and or benefits programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Under guidance to support the centralized compensation and benefits activities that foster the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits programs aligned with the overall reward strategy.
Coordinate various aspects of M&A activities, e.g. acquisitions, divestitures, etc.

Responsibilities
1.C&B Program Management1.Implement C&B program, drive for more streamlined process and better service through vendor management
2.Support to monitor the performance of service providers (e.g. C&B consultants, benefit suppliers such as insurance companies, benefit administers)

2.Support proposal of policies and procedures1.Draft/support to define C&B related policy guideline and procedure under the master policy umbrella
2.Give related consultation to site/BU HR, provide information & solutions to internal clients in order to meet business needs and make the programs applicable in local market

3.M&A Project Management1.Work on harmonization proposal, e.g. figure out all HR practices and processes of the target and match them to TE’s
2.Coordinate internal HR teams to support BU on integration plan execution
3.Conduct research and analysis on employee relations and union relations issues so that other team members, legal counsel, and external consultants are well-prepared for bargaining, negotiation, and dispute resolution procedures
4.Follow up project execution status timely and keep other team members informed during whole process

Requirements
1.Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent with above 5 years' C&B experience, M&A or ER experience is preferred
2.Good communication skill, good analysis & excel skills, familiar with Labor Law & government policy, be sensitive to numbers, be fluent in English
