Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.

Job Responsibilities:
Transportation Management:
1.    Work with internal GLOG team to build up AUT logistics mode (both inbound and outbound flow) and track the performance and monitor the cost. 
2.    AUT customer VAS Request distribute to GLOG and managed for the operation
3.    Cooperated with GLOG team to work for AUT enhancement and improvement Project 
4.    Manage AUT Key Transportation KPI

Warehouse Management:
1.    Co-ordinate with internal GLOG team on the warehouse daily requirement
2.    Monitor inventory status, including on hand stock, GIT and consignment
3.    Support AUT special warehouse special requirements
4.    Team closing monitor with the inventory FCST for warehouse network planning

Quality Certification Support:
              Support internal and external quality certification audit of logistics parts. 

Consignment Management:
1.    Consignment Vendor Securimate Checking and annual renewal 
2.    Consignment Vendor Qualification onsite audit and inventory annual stocktaking 
3.    Consignment Vendor Daily income and outbound monitor and payment checking
4.    Dead stock and slow moving control, EOP process follow up with Sales

Job Requirements:
1.    Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
2.    3~5 years working experience in material planning
3.    Computer skills: SAP(PUR/MM/SD), Excel Skill, MS Outlook
4.    Language: Mandarin, English
5.    Technical Skill: Good at data analysis and problem solving skill
6.    Attention to details and good initiative. Able to sustain high pressure.
7.    Good logistics skill and time management. Strong communication skill and good team player
