Job Overview

TE Connectivity, Energy Division is currently seeking an experienced project manager to lead project management efforts for our Industrial Market.
This position will be based in EMEA. You’ll work as part of our EMEA Energy team with a strong link to regional PM and local BDM/Sales organization. 
The role of Project Manager in the major Industrial markets provides an exciting opportunity to work within a world leading development team, gain in-depth product/business knowledge and be at the center of the significant business growth in the coming years.  
The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple high priority, business critical opportunities and is accountable for leading the projects to a successful conclusion, ensuring that each project meets the project requirements, customer and financial expectations. 
The Project Manager drives cross-functional project team members, including business development, engineering, sales, product management and operations. As such provides technical, tactical and strategic leadership in the projects. The Project Manager is responsible for managing and continuously improving the project process from initial design concepts up to the point of successful product implementation.  



  • Act as the “GM” for the project to ensure that the project meets the requirements and contractual obligations for TE. 
  • Project ownership – initiate, plan, execute and finalize the project – taking a structured approach to risk management, communication and stakeholder management. Identifying and proactively overcoming barriers / roadblocks during the project
  • Identify and organize the project team resources for the execution of the project - driving and leading the project by holding team members accountable for deliverables
  • Preparing high quality status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing the relevant project information.
  • Facilitation issues resolution and change requests to ensure that all affected parties are timely informed of impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Managing customer satisfaction within project delivery and execution.
  • Championing Continous Improvement within sales operations process.

What your background should look like:

  • University degree (engineering / business preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in project management 
  • Background in project handling principals
  • Knowledge of MS Project Online
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Culturally sensitive

  • Strong ability to set goals and lead and motivate team members
  • Ability to work within a cross functional team to maintain schedule and financial goals throughout a project
