Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Total Rewards teams develop, implement, and evaluate the company's employee compensation and or benefits programs and initiatives. Reporting to the Global HR Solutions Total Rewards team, this position supports TE’s global compensation planning cycle, administration of global incentive plans and compensation projects including market intelligence.  This position closely partners with others on the Total Rewards team and the HR Solutions team to align scalable compensation processes and tools with the needs of TE’s businesses.

What your background should look like:

Responsibilities:

  • Support TE’s global compensation planning cycle including analytics, testing, reporting, and budgeting
  • Conduct compensation data analysis utilizing both internal and external sources, including participation in salary surveys, highlighting conclusions for the broader total rewards team to make informed decisions
  • Develop training and reference materials, and consistently participate in global total rewards projects
  • Assist in the refinement of TE’s global job framework materials
  • Support incentive plan accruals and administration
  • Support the process to highlight metrics and analytics to determine optimal compensation spend and compensation program effectiveness to enhance business outcomes
  • Research trends in global compensation topics and benchmark practices
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify processes

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or similar field
  • Minimum of 2 years of compensation, analysis or finance experience; or equivalent education and experience mix
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and on global cross-cultural teams
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to utilize a range of experiences to make informed judgments
  • Strong excel skills
