Job Overview

The Transportation Solutions Operations Rotational Leadership Program is designed to provide participants with a broad exposure to the elements of manufacturing processes, TEOA, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance. The program consists of 4 six-month rotations in multiple areas, each accompanied by a robust training and leadership curriculum. At the conclusion of the Leadership Program, participants will be candidates for Operations roles across the company.

Positions will be based in a variety of locations across the US, including but not limited to: Harrisburg, PA; Greensboro, NC; Troy, MI; Tullahoma, TN, Hampton, VA, and Hemet, CA.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

As an Operations Rotational Leadership Associate, your responsibilities may include experiences in the following areas:

  • Manufacturing Processes
  • Hourly Employee Management
  • TEOA/Lean Manufacturing
  • Quality
  • Supply Chain
  • Finance



  • Eligible candidates will graduate between December 2018 and June 2019 with 0-3 years industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Minimum GPA in major of 3.0
  • Previous internship and/or work experience preferred
  • Geographically mobile
  • Leadership experience preferred
