Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s ERP Systems Teams conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise wide systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Baan, PeopleSoft) across functional areas. They perform analysis of systems specifications and use the latest analytical/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes. TE's ERP Systems Teams also develop conversion and system implementation plans, prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation, recommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards, coordinate system upgrade activity and train user personnel in the conversion and implementation of the system. We are looking for an experienced ERP systems Analyst who will play a key role in SAP implementation and enhancement projects focusing on Finance, controlling and product costing. The analyst will be responsible to gather the requirements, design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals, in finance, Controlling and product costing functions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications



  • Work with our internal customers to understand their business requirements and propose system solutions in support of their business goals
  • Lead SAP Enhancement and roll out projects in Finance, controlling and product costing functions.
  • Design, document, develop, test and implement SAP solutions in accordance with TE Information Systems methodology.
  • Collaborate with other functional teams and developers to define end to end process solutions.


  • Bachelors in information systems or finance
  • 5-7 years experience in SAP finance, controlling and product costing
  • Expertise and in depth knowledge of FI and CO modules and its integration with logistics modules such as SD/MM/PP.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance and Costing Business processes within a manufacturing and distribution environment.
  • Prior experience in leading or managing the deployment and rollout projects within a global setting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
