Senior Manager Data Analytics (REMOTE)

We are building a world class advanced analytics team that will solve some of the most complex strategic problems and deliver topline growth and operational efficiencies across our business The Analytics team at TE is part of the TE Information Solutions (TEIS) Organization and is responsible for driving organic growth by leveraging big data and advanced analytics. The team reports to the VP and Chief Data Officer at TEIS, works closely with the SVP of Corporate Strategy, and has regular interactions with the company’s C-Suite.
We are on an exciting journey to build and scale our advanced analytics practice. TE is looking for leader for this multifaceted role who interfaces with various IT leaders and Business Unit leaders enterprise wide. Incumbents are responsible to develop the strategy of future state Data & Analytics architecture and embedding change management practices into the organization’s operations to move from a traditional Data warehouse/description analytics to AI based Analytics on a cloud to achieve the desired business outcomes.

In this position you will apply you thought leadership to define the strategy for Data and Analytics architecture, develop analytics tool strategy, architecture patterns and DEVOPS/MLOPS/DATAOPS pipeline. You will be required to manage a team of architects, data engineers and DEVOPS members to establish the D&A platform and work with leaders across the organization to move towards the future state architecture. You will continue evaluating industrial trends, establish best practices, develop architecture strategy as well as guide the analytics organization across the company to decide the right analytics architecture based on our use cases. You will be closely working with stakeholders from different teams within the organization to understand the need and to establish the foundation to create value for diverse business functions that span through multiple geographic areas.


•Promotes the business vision, IT strategies, and trade-offs to stakeholders, including senior  leadership & business partners with a benefit framework that links adoption of change to  successful  business outcomes.
•Develop a cohesive team and ensure their continued success
•Define the architecture roadmap and manage D&A platforms, including Data Ops, DevOps, MLOps for  data management, data science, IoT, Data integration and analytics
•Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization for end-to-end architecture, for analytics  solutions on both cloud and on-prem environments
•Working with other leaders to define and measure product objectives & goals
•Facilitate standards and guidelines for the design & development, tuning, deployment and  maintenance of information, reporting and data analytics, mining models and physical data  persistence technologies
•Operate large-scale data warehouse solutions and big data platforms

What your background should look like:

•Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field
•Overall 10+ years of experience in building complex IT solutions more focused on architecture and   Data & Analytics Solutions
•Accomplished in scaling teams, managing multiple geographic locations and inspiring a team to   deliver high quality projects
•5+ years of experience in leading the designing and implementing enterprise-scale complex data &  analytical solutions in large organizations
•3+ years of experience in building strategic technology plans and roadmaps for modern data and  analytics solutions in Cloud & On-premises (AWS Preferred)
•Expertise in dealing with data environments with high-data variability, and high-data volumes
•Demonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholders
•Demonstrated experience with business process and performance modeling, benchmarking, and   financial analysis
•Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users, individual   contributors, technical resource
