Job Overview
- Has strong impact in day-to-day operation at Corporate Technology Center prototype services team.
- Drives for excellence in providing 3D printing service to internal customers with speed, quality and reliability.
- Strives to follow Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for process and tolerance control.
- Performs the set-up, changeover, and efficient flow of materials of all process steps involved in AM manufacturing and post processing with minimal supervision.
- Performs activities involved in AM related machine and chemical process control as per approved procedures/work instructions.
- Resolves complex situations, issues, and tasks under senior team members and engineers.
- Frequently interacts with internal customer to understand design objective, acceptance requirement, and timeline.
- Maintains and adheres to all appropriate specifications, EH&S, and customer requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing operations experience.
- High School diploma or related local equivalent required.
- Must have the ability to learn new additive manufacturing technologies.
- Has familiarity with using CAD software. (Spaceclaim preferred)
- Demonstrates basic knowledge and understanding additive and traditional manufacturing processes (set-up and change-over, efficient flow of materials, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Familiarity with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, & Outlook).
- Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
What your background should look like
Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $41,300 – $62,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
