Job Overview

Reporting to the Country HR Manager, this new role will support the payroll functions for the 4 TE sites in Ireland.  It will also be responsible for driving system-based solution for payroll, benefits administration and system improvement. The role will also drive several system improvement projects that need to be completed during 2022/2023.


  • People Management of Payroll Processing Analysts
  • Driving Continuous Improvement for payroll processing and HR local systems
  • Subject Matter expert for Payroll processing and HR local system (Successfactors & Core)
  • Ensure compliance with all Payroll Legal & Tax Requirements in Ireland
  • Managing HR system requirements and payrolls for 4 TE sites in Ireland
  • Managing reporting requirements for all BUs to fulfil their business needs
  • Pension & VHI Invoice and Social Welfare application Management
  • Management of Payroll queries and ensuring first time resolution
  • Regular collaboration with HR Shared Services & HR Solutions

Qualifications & Key Requirements

  • Level 8 degree in Business Management
  • Payroll Qualification in Ireland (CIPP
  • Project Management qualification preferable (QQI)
  • Relevant years of experience in global payroll operations within large-scale companies
  • Experience working in and influencing in a cross-functional global environment
  • Experience thinking strategically and acting operationally
  • Experience managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies
  • Keen interest and experience in HR & Payroll systems as well as experience as a back office user
  • Advanced level of MS Office and Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivots).
  • Excellent communicator, facilitator, presenter & coach.
  • Highly collaborative individual
