The OCM Change Manager must have 8+ years of experience leading enterprise change programs. There are several large transformational strategic projects planned for the Medical Business Unit at TE Connectivity in the coming fiscal years. The projects will result in organizational and business process changes. Collaboration with key stakeholders will be required to develop and implement change management strategies that drive organizational change adoption, internal and external communication, and the execution of a comprehensive end-user training strategy. The ideal candidate will be a transformational leader at a global enterprise, a strong communicator who can clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. This leader must be passionate about both internal and external customers, while maximizing relationships to optimize the delivery of change management objectives. In addition, this leader must have great change-agility and adaptability and flexibility to manage ambiguity. Strong influencing skills, teamwork, organizational savvy, ideally, this person has supported a complex business within a global LEAN manufacturing environment. The contract is a permanent employee contract with TE Connectivity.

Job Responsibilities


  • At TE Connectivity, you will be responsible for all change management activities for key OCM work streams (organizational changes, communications, and training) across multiple strategic projects in the Medical Business Unit.  
  • Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for business Org changes due to adoption of standard business processes and SAP system functionality  
  • Lead OCM Discovery Sessions with project/program managers, business owners, SMEs, and technical teams 
  • Develop and execute a set of actionable and targeted change management plans that will enable impacted audiences to transition from their current state to future state – including change impact assessment, communication plan, stakeholder management plan, workforce transition plan, training plan, and change readiness plan across multiple projects 
  • Identify potential change risks and anticipated points of resistance, and collaborate with business leads to develop specific plans to mitigate the concerns  
  • Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, present findings, and recommended interventions to maximize adoption, utilization, and proficiency of the changes 
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan and in creating powerful communication campaigns promoting the customer & business value 
  • Work with Project Managers to provide an effective handover to operations after project execution  
  • Develop key relationships with project sponsors, team members and change champions to successfully manage change efforts 
  • Build, engage, coach, and empower strong change coalitions/change champions to ensure successful adoption of change   
  • Align OCM activities to support and help realize key project business benefits 
  • Manage & actively report on the OCM plan, scope, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies  
  • Work with Project Managers and Program Manager to define OCM acceptance Stage gate criteria 

What your background should look like:




  • Qualified candidates must have 8+ years of experience having completed multiple full lifecycle SAP or large transformational business project implementations as an Organizational Change Management Lead and have experience with large-scale organizational change efforts 
  • Certifications in Change Management: Prosci, CMP, CMS, PMP, SCRUM Agile, Waterfall  
  • Candidates should have strong functional skills and the ability to facilitate group discussions related to business process design 
  • Presentation experience, as well as the ability to assist business leads in implementation planning, analysis, documentation, training, and post-implementation support of SAP 
  • Proactive, Delivery Focused, and Resilient 
  • Engaging and fun to work with 


Job Requirements 


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, technology, or equivalent degree  
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal  
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization implementing people/process changes  
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal  
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks against set deadlines  
  • Proactive, Delivery Focused and Resilient 
  • Travel may be required  
  • Manufacturing background is preferred but not required  
  • Experience working in an FDA regulated environment is preferred

•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $111,000 – $155,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
