Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Marketing Teams are responsible for marketing our company's products and/or services including market research, direct marketing, market development and communications.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

This role will be a core member of the global Marketing team for Energy. They will help to execute the regional marketing strategy including end to end ownership of projects and events involving print and digital. They will work closely with PM, Sales and creative agencies to organize events (tradeshows, seminars…) and implement and measure strategic marketing tactics and campaigns that help to drive business results through incremental leads and improved sales.

Key tasks/responsibilities of the job:

  • Develop project plans and manage the successful completion of key marketing projects and events aligned with strategic business goals
  • Execute all types of events globally (tradeshows, tech days, trainings and seminars)
  • Define and execute a go to market event strategy based on metrics and audience understanding/target, categorization of events, standardize tools (packages) content
  • Work closely with PM, Sales and key agency partners to develop messaging and core value proposition linked with core applications, products and segments supported by strategic campaigns
  • Develop metrics linked with marketing success and measure results to determine best practices and insure marketing tactics deliver desired results including budgetary targets
  • Develop and execute Marketing deliverables including sales collateral, videos, digital campaigns, exhibitions/trade shows, social media, and other tactics associated with B2B marketing best practices
  • Understand key customer segments and develop a linkage with Voice of the Customer program outputs to refine messaging and customer campaigns
  • Manage logistics associated with successful completion of key marketing tasks
  • Serve as change agent to move Marketing to strategic and integrated with the business objectives

Qualifications & specialist training required:

  • Experience in B2B marketing including creative agency management, messaging and value proposition development
  • Project management skills including managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously
  • Powerpoint, excel proficiency
  • InDesign, Photoshop
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Eloqua and AEM 7 a plus
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity working directly with customers
  • Experience in campaign and event development/management including social media
  • Bachelors degree
  • Analytical competency and ability to work with data
