Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

TE Connectivity has a Customer Care Associste position available within the Energy business unit (BU) of the Industrial Solutions organization. The successful candidate must have strong time management skills with an emphasis on professionalism, flexibility and a dedicated sales and service orientation.


•Manage and address all customer inquiries for price, delivery, product and any other additional requirements
•Interface daily with internal and external contacts
•Capture sales opportunities utilizing TE resources and leveraging our Customer relationships
•Order management: entry, communication, expediting, returns, and coordination with planning
•Work with a team of specialists to manage territory in conjunction with outside sales
•Provide technical support for Energy products including competitive cross referencing
•Support outside Sales/Manage Customer relations
•Communicate with all team members regarding any concerns or changes to accounts or industry
•Address issues and represent Area Sales Managers and customers within the plant
•Perform other duties as assigned


•HS, BS in business related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
•At least 1-3 years of prior inside/outside sales experience desirable
•Experience with SAP preferred
•Technical experience in energy/electrical power industry is preferred
•Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team as well as function independently is required
•Proficiency in MS Office
•Experience in desirable
•Fully bilingual, fluency in Spanish & English is preferred
