Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Quality and Reliability Engineering Teams analyze the ability of product and production systems to comply with customer and contractual requirements through established reliability factors.

• Maintaining and improving the quality management system according to IATF 16949 and TE Connectivity standards.
• Implement, maintain and control all TE system, process & quality related documentation
• Creation of the yearly quality audit plan in compliance with TE standards
• Executing internal process & product audits, layered process audit
• Active team member during the external audits (VDA 6.3; Formel Q)
• Collaboration and working closely with the other areas and remote support functions to support TE business requirements
• Active team member during failure analysis, problem solving, implementation of corrective and preventive actions to include the analysis of those effectiveness with systematic methods.
• Provide quality support for manufacturing processes and projects
• Active participation in the preparation of Q-Cost

What your background should look like:

• MSc/BSc degree in Engineering or several years of professional experience
• Standard knowledge: ISO 9001; IATF 16949; VDA 6.3; VDA 6.5;
• Knowledge of various quality system methodologies and automotive core tools: 8D problem solving, 5-Why, Ishikawa Diagram, PFMEA, CP, SPC, Kaizen, 5S, APQP, PPAP, Continuous Improvement
• Determined, flexible and result oriented personality
• Strong process orientation and pro-activeness
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in local and English language
• Able to work independently
