Lead (m/f/d) HR Standardization & Integration Germany

Job Overview

We are looking for an Lead (m/f/d) HR Standardization & Integration Germany for our HR Solutions Team

 

Your Responsibilities: 

 

  • Ownership of local HR (including interfaces to central HR Services, local Payroll, Time and Attendance and recruiting) processes 
  • Continuous process improvement according to TE´s TEOA methodology, based on KPIs and ensuring optimal interaction between HR Services, HR Solutions, all internal and external Recruiting Functions, Payroll and Time and Attendance by best practice digital end to end design 
  • Project manager for all post merger integrations for transactional HR processes (analysis, project definition and tracking of the transition) in alignment with Payroll and Time and Attendance integration as well as HR processes for other functions (recruiting,…)
  • Project manager for process improvement projects in alignment with HR Services, Labor Relations and HR Solutions strategies to drive labor conditions convergence and simplification of HR service models in country. 
  • Implement process digitization, automation, governance and quality standards in Germany / DACH, using technology changes, market trends and best practices
  • Implement Case Management, audit focus and reporting in local TX processes, support maintenance of the HR Knowledge base, 
  • Strong collaboration with all HR functions including analytics for system changes, works councils and other stakeholders (finance, authorities, providers in case of legal changes with process impact…). Trustful collaboration on all levels with high sense for process improvement and standardization
  • Training of local and central HR Services team members on processes  

What your background should look like:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics/HR/Management or equivalent with strong „Hands-on“- and quality mentality and knowledge in labor conditions models (including tariff)
  • Min 10 years of experience in HR Service environments, payroll and time and attendance (ideally as lead of local function in international matrix environment) 
  • Experience in M&A integrations, proven success in project management for HR processes, rollout of standards and changes (processes, documents,…)
  • Fluent English and German (both written and spoken), knowledge of further European languages is helpful
  • Advanced knowledge in computer tools (MS Office, SuccessFactors or other HR/Payroll/T&A tools)
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced, international matrix organization, strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
