Job Overview


1. Conduct calculation of monthly payroll, income tax, social insurance & housing fund & commercial insurance, and those related labor law required documents and activities compliance.

2. Support organization and implemetation of compensation survey, collect & analyze all necessary information and data.

3. Provide support in in-depth analysis of compensation and benefits and provide consultancy to executives for business decision

4. Provide support in performance reviews / rating and implement salary review

5. Administrate HR systems (SAP, Kayang and etc)

6. Support site C&B, ER Projects to ensure compliance with TE C&B strategy, TE group policies.

7. Support organizing employee communication activities and events, such as BBBS, Skip level meeting etc., and handle labor incidents and disputes together with related functions.



What your background should look like:



1. Bachelor degree or above or equivalent experience; HR related major preferred.

2. First professional working experience in Human Resources preferred.

3. Experience working in global or international organizations preferred.

4. Familiarity with Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations.

5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
