The Aerospace, Defense and Marine (AD&M) business unit of TE is part of the Industrial Solutions segment -- a world leader in the design of components and electrical interconnection solutions that are used for applications in extreme and harsh environments. Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

This role requires a two week rotation on day shift followed by a two week rotation on evening shift.  Overtime is required as needed. 

 

General responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  1. Safety – Performs all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE and following all safety regulations. 
  2. Maintain a team effort attitude and team approach
  3. Operate heavy industrial machinery in assigned area(s). 
  4. Meet productivity standards and consistent high quality.
  5. Exercises good judgment in handling expensive materials and equipment. 
  6. Cleans and maintains equipment according to 5S standards.
  7. Actively participate in problem solving sessions. 
  8. Perform housekeeping duties required for clean and safe work environment
  9. Train others as required

High school diploma or GED preferred.  Previous heavy manufacturing experience preferred.
