Job Overview

The Plant Controller (f/m)  is a business partner to the Plant Manager and his team and develop further financial processes. Coordinates, administers and controls financial operations. Reviews, analyzes, and interprets financial and budgetary reports. Directs all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of financial forecasts. Oversees the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements and is comfortable with SAP (FI, CO) and speaks fluently English.


Provide local management with management reports on standards and actual costs of manufacturing. Review and/or approval authority for various financial based processes such capital expenditure requests, inventories, purchase requisitions, standard costing, etc.


Is the financial contact person to the Finance Senior Management and comfortable with Senior Management´s visits and related presentations of financial figures.


Supervise the preparation of an annual budgets and revisions where required.  Responsible for financial information including Strategic and Business Plans, operating budgets. Give financial updates and report to organization as required. Prepare, review and submit various financial data as required by other function such as Corporate Accounting, Special Corporate Reports, etc.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Masters in Finance. ACCA/CIMA certificate would be an additional asset
  • US GAAP experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing Finance function and Finance Team in Corporate Manufacturing environment
  • Very Strong financial acumen
  • Strong analytics capability and multitasking
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated capabilities of successful team development
